  • Can I have an Early Check in/Late Check out?

    Housekeepers must have adequate time to clean, along with any maintenance issues that need to be addressed. We must also have time for our Quality Assurance Inspectors to check the cleaning prior to your arrival. Please plan to arrive/depart at your unit's given times to help our team stay on schedule.

  • What comes with the unit?

    When you arrive, you will have a full set of fresh towels, bed linens, beach towels, a first aid kit, and a hair dryer. We also supply a starter set of bath tissue, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand & dish soaps.

  • Standard Cancellation Policy

    To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 50% Refund may be issued if the reservation is cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in. No refunds will be issued if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days before check-in. Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in. **All Combination Listings Follow the 'Standard' Cancellation Policy**
